Highland Premium Finance is affiliated with the W.N. Tuscano Agency, a regional insurance wholesaler, through common ownership. For over 40 years the Tuscano Agency has provided insurance solutions to their insureds and producers. The Tuscano Agency has built their reputation on developing relationships and delivering exceptional customer service. Highland Premium intends to carry on this legacy.
